Job Overview

Verbal Beginnings is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Clinical Supervisor for our Social Skills program. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for creating and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs and providing oversight for specific cases within our community.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and have experience working in and developing ABA-based social skills programs. You will be responsible for ensuring the client is in a safe and positive environment at all times, providing direct, supervisory, and consultative ABA services, and administering all aspects of assigned clients' ABA programs.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $95.00 - $105.00, paid BACB supervision opportunities, and a flexible schedule. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism and have a strong background in ABA, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the client is in a safe and positive environment at all times
  • Provide direct, supervisory, and consultative ABA services to assigned clients
  • Administer all aspects of assigned clients' ABA programs, including initial and ongoing assessments, creation and implementation of programming, analysis and monitoring of program data, and training of caregivers and other service providers
  • Document billed services and attend training and supervision meetings
  • Comply with Company and BACB guidelines at all times
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working in and developing ABA-based social skills programs
  • Experience supervising implementation of ABA-based treatment programs by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Completion of BCBA supervision training
  • Current state license in Maryland or in process to acquire it
  • 3+ years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities
  • Excellent communication skills
