Link Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for providing support and maintenance for our network infrastructure equipment, software, and hardware.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide Tier I/II support to Data Center environments, including site recoverability of the primary data center.
  • Assume ownership of the complete lifecycle of infrastructure systems, including design, builds, post-installation support, and deployments.
  • Learn and comply with validation requirements, standard-operating procedures (SOP), and change control maintenance for product life cycle.
  • Maintain system performance to industry standards.
  • Generate/Review Engineering Change Requests for acquisitions and integration of network-related equipment and software.
  • Support group's emergency response drills, exercises, and real-world events through on-call availability and travel.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent training.
  • Minimum five (5) years of related experience.
  • Experience in communication or related discipline in telephony or communications.
  • Microsoft Windows to include system architecture, configuration, file system structures, and system management techniques.
  • Working knowledge of data entry, computerized maintenance management systems, call center or network operations center, or IT service management systems.
  • Must have working technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows environment, including Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, Windows 10, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills with proficiency in composition, proofreading, grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
