About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Alliance HCM as a Business Development - HCM Sales Rep. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, preparing and presenting proposals to convert leads into new business deals, and ensuring a smooth transition of new clients to our technology company's platform.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for software sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. They will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to build rapport with clients and coworkers easily. Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals to convert leads into new business deals
  • Onboarding and Integration: Ensure a smooth transition of new clients to our technology company's platform

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of proven sales experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent customer service and presentation skills
  • Strong business acumen
