Job Summary:
Argus Technical Services is seeking a skilled Folder Glue Operator to join our team. As a Folder Glue Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of print finishing equipment, completing job tickets, and maintaining equipment by cleaning and adjusting as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate print finishing equipment to produce high-quality prints
• Complete job tickets accurately and efficiently
• Maintain equipment by cleaning and adjusting as needed
• Perform quality checks to ensure prints meet quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the print or finishing industry (preferred)
• Good mechanical aptitude
• An eye for detail and quality
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Familiarity with reading job tickets

Work Environment:
• 2nd shift, Monday - Friday (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm)
• Shift differential: $0.75/hour for 2nd shift positions
• Pay is dependent on experience in the print industry

Physical Demands:
• Periodic twisting, lifting, bending, and able to lift 40 pounds with or without accommodations
