Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our food robotic kiosk to resolve our customers' technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Your ability to work in complex networking environments will also make you an ideal candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reproduce customer environments and run tests to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Manage and address electronic tickets efficiently to ensure timely resolution of customer problems.
  • Liaise between sales teams, customer success teams, and customers to properly address customer concerns.
  • Troubleshoot and configure software and hardware to resolve technical issues.
Requirements
  • 1 to 5 years' of technical support experience.
  • Experience in fixing electronic systems such as appliances or vending machines.
  • Customer service-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
