Job Title: Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Hardware Wearable Product Validation Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the testing and validation activities of our cutting-edge wearable technology products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers and validation specialists to ensure the development of high-quality wearable products.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive validation strategies to ensure products meet quality, functionality, and reliability standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to drive validation from the proto phase.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of validation plans, protocols, and reports.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with product development and validation.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing infrastructure and tools to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Supervise the design and execution of testing to identify potential issues in product designs.
  • Drive the team to complete the troubleshooting and resolution of hardware issues uncovered during the validation phase.
  • Ensure that all product issues are documented and addressed prior to product launch.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in hardware engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in leading large-scale teams.
  • Proven experience in hardware product testing and validation, preferably with wearable technologies.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and product development processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in using validation tools and software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
