Responsibilities:
The Community Outreach Coordinator is primarily tasked with making a high volume of outbound calls to arrange appointments with licensed Nurse Practitioners in the comfort of the members' homes.
As a Community Outreach Coordinator, you will:
- Respond to incoming calls from members and case managers, ensuring timely return of voice mail messages.
- Build rapport with members and clearly articulate the services offered while securing the In Home Assessment as requested by the Health Plan.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED or higher
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or relevant tele-sales role
- Basic understanding of medical terminology
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Access, and various internet-based applications
- Experience with integrated voice/IT systems
- Self-motivated individual who can perform at a high level with minimal oversight after initial training
- Proven ability to quickly establish telephonic relationships with prospective customers
- Willingness to contribute positively to the overall team environment
- Flexibility in work hours to accommodate health plans and markets in different time zones
Posted Max Pay Rate:
USD $23.69/Hr.
Posted Min Pay Rate:
USD $16.28/Hr.

Individual compensation packages are determined by various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
