Job Title: Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse

Outreach Development Corporation is seeking a Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a LPN, you will be responsible for providing medical care to clients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for administering medication, monitoring client health, and providing on-site health services.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about providing high-quality care and is committed to our mission of inspiring individuals and families to achieve a life of unlimited potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medication and monitor client health
  • Provide on-site health services
  • Work with clients and guardians to schedule medical appointments
  • Assist with referrals and documentation
  • Communicate with Agency psychiatrist and pharmacy regarding client medication
  • Provide feedback on health-related policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
  • Previous experience working as a LPN in a residential substance use disorder treatment setting
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment and outside in the field. The ideal candidate will be able to travel among assigned sites and locations as needed.
