Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee activities between the Service Shop and assisting our guests
  • Perform vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and restorations to the highest standards
  • Manage day-to-day operations of all projects within the department
  • Create, assign, and maintain work orders; ensuring work is distributed efficiently for the highest productivity and standard of repair
  • Ensure a safe and productive operation through proper implementation and administration of company policies and procedures
  • Quality assurance of work performed/delivered by the service shop
Requirements:
  • Master level automotive technician with 15+ years of experience
  • Demonstrates ability to manage a staff of 10+ employees
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Motivated and fast-paced personality with unparalleled work ethic
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills in hydraulic systems, electrical systems, engines, drive trains, and suspension systems
  • Strong understanding of carburetors and mechanical fuel injection
  • Experienced with internal engine repair and setup
  • Available to work full time, and willing to work overtime when necessary
  • Basic computer and internet skills
