Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and other lead generation channels.
  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients, identifying and addressing their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and other sales materials to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in industrial accounts.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel to current and potential clients, with occasional overnight travel required.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, with proficiency in sales and customer relationship management software.
