Job Summary

The Donaldson Organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounting Professional to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for preparing monthly AIA payment requisitions, coordinating with project executives, and ensuring timely payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit monthly AIA payment requisitions for projects with complex schedules and supporting schedules.
  • Set up requisitions within our ERP system and coordinate with project executives to establish billing timing, contacts, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with project executives to obtain requisition approvals and ensure timely payments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with project executives and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • 2-4 years of accounting-related coursework at the college level.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP accounting systems.
  • Familiarity with Textura and Procore is a plus.
