YOUR ROLE
As a key member of our team, you will report to the National Maritime Logistics Support Manager. Your primary focus will be to ensure a seamless experience for our internal clients whenever they interact with the Support Center. You will collaborate with a dynamic team responsible for direct engagement with Customer Care Locations (CCLs), delivering proactive service, resolving issues, and maintaining effective communication with our customer service teams.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain comprehensive records for all maritime import and export transactions under your purview.
- Engage with Kuehne+Nagel colleagues across our extensive global network of over 1,300 offices.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process enhancement and cost efficiency.
- Ensure timely processing of all transactions in accordance with established Service Level Agreements while adhering to Kuehne+Nagel policies and procedures.
- Utilize cutting-edge technology to oversee Maritime Logistics operations.
- Manage communication platforms utilized in Maritime Logistics activities.
- Guarantee that all transactions meet Kuehne+Nagel's quality standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in using email, chat, internet, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work on-site five days a week.
- A strong desire to thrive in a collaborative and modern work environment where teamwork is essential.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 10% of the time.
