Technical Support Specialist for Custom Applications

Little Caesars is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist for Custom Applications to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support for custom applications built by our Ilitch Technology team. Your primary focus will be on ensuring critical sports performance and player-facing technologies are achieving desired service levels. You will work closely with our venue technology, baseball performance, and Ilitch Technology systems to identify and resolve technical issues. Additionally, you will support compliance to our IT Governance process and partner with key vendors to capture technology dependencies. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, make you an ideal candidate for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support for custom applications built by Ilitch Technology team
* Collaborate with venue technology, baseball performance, and Ilitch Technology systems to ensure critical sports performance and player-facing technologies are achieving desired service levels
* Support compliance to our IT Governance process
* Partner with key vendors to capture technology dependencies
* Analyze and resolve technical issues
* Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in an IT technical support role
* Strong understanding of various technologies, including hardware, software, networking, and data center technologies
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Strong customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Working knowledge of sports performance technologies
* Experience working in live entertainment venue or event operation environment
Work Conditions:
* Irregular and extended work hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
* Travel as needed for special events
* Exposure to high noise levels and varying outdoor temperatures
* Ability to lift 25-50 lbs
