  • Prepare repair orders (RO), obtaining approval signatures and entering RO into our service database system.
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs, meeting customer expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a service advisor or related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and technicians.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to accurately estimate costs and resolve issues.
