Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Coach to join our team at Birmingham City Schools. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum programs that meet the needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement curriculum programs that align with state and national standards
  • Collaborate with teachers and other stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality instructional materials
  • Provide coaching and support to teachers to improve their instructional practices
  • Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum programs and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Education or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in curriculum development and implementation
  • Strong knowledge of state and national education standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
