Position Overview

At FullBloom, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Math Support Interventionist to join our team. As a Math Support Interventionist, you will play a critical role in providing academic support to students in need, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality instructional support to students in math, utilizing scripted curriculum and data-driven instruction to inform practices.
  • Develop and maintain individualized lesson plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Ensure supervision of students at all times, including escorting them safely to and from the classroom or to mobile/trailer classrooms.
  • Establish and maintain student files and records as required by the company, local, state, and federal agencies.
  • Attend and document conferences, meetings, and trainings with company supervisors, classroom teachers, principals, and parents as needed.
  • Maintain inventory of educational materials and supplies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Math teaching certificate for Alabama required.
  • 8th-10th grade math teaching experience (pre-algebra, algebra, geometry) and 6th-12th grade teaching math experience.
  • SAT/ACT prep experience a plus.
  • Ability to use scripted curriculum to instruct students and read data to inform instructional practices.
  • Willingness to differentiate instruction and reteach as needed to ensure students master content.
