Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager to join our Arlington location, where you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations and driving sales growth through exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the entire restaurant operation, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure the highest quality of products and adherence to food safety standards.
  4. Conduct regular performance appraisals, providing constructive feedback to foster a positive work environment.
  5. Manage inventory levels effectively, estimating consumption and forecasting requirements.
  6. Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
  7. Optimize profitability by controlling costs and minimizing waste.
  8. Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions, addressing any issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Minimum one to two years of Operations experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing situations.
  • Possess Food Safety Certification.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 per year
