Job Overview

Red Ball Oxygen Co., Inc. is a privately owned distributor of industrial gases, welding equipment, and safety supplies. We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team in Geismar, LA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional internal and telephone customer sales and service activities to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with customers to identify product needs and provide recommendations for optimal product application.
  • Ensure store locations are adequately stocked with required product lines and aid customers in identifying product needs.
  • Exhibit a willingness to serve customers in a professional and timely manner, even in varied weather conditions.
  • Make fair and logical decisions concerning return of defective products, customer credit issues, or other customer/sales related problems.
  • May be required to lift or transport products or materials weighing up to 100 pounds.
