Position Summary:
The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and effectively marketing Tempur-Pedic offerings. This individual will also step into management responsibilities during the absence of the Store Manager, which may involve store opening and closing procedures, as well as overseeing daily operations.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in overall store leadership and supervision.
2. Enhance brand visibility and customer loyalty to surpass store performance targets by collaborating with local partners.
3. Support the recruitment, hiring, and development of store associates.
4. Exemplify premium customer service and foster strong relationships with consumers.


5. Aid in maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and brand representation.
6. Ensure financial objectives and controls are effectively managed.
7. Provide leadership in the absence of store management to uphold Tempur-Pedic standards.
8. Promote a collaborative and open environment across all company areas.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Compensation: $16.00/hr plus monthly incentives and potential bonuses.
