Key Responsibilities
  • Use a consultative approach to understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our retail consumer and small business products and services, and recommend appropriate solutions to customers.
  • Utilize our sales and marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • Focus on cross-selling to existing customers and engaging in outside sales activities to drive revenue growth.
  • Establish strong working relationships with assigned business partners to provide holistic financial solutions to customers.
  • Consistently meet or exceed customer experience and individual/team production goals.
Requirements
  • College degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop a comfort level with sales activities and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in terms of appearance and verbal/written communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop a working knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
Working Conditions

This role requires a normal office environment with extended viewing of computer screens. Travel may be required for training and scheduling flexibility.
