Position Overview
The Account Executive is primarily responsible for driving sales and generating leads while establishing and nurturing strong relationships within the community, particularly with providers, brokers, and employer groups. This role encompasses a focus on various programs including Large/Small groups, Individual and Family Plans (IFP), On/Off Exchange, and Medicare within a designated geographic area.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Achieve 100% of monthly sales targets for at least 9 out of 12 months.
  2. Promote CCHP products and services effectively.
  3. Engage in field marketing and sales activities outside of the office.
  4. Take full responsibility for boosting membership enrollments and enhancing CCHP's market performance.
  5. Generate leads and secure sales through community events, provider interactions, and member education regarding product offerings.
  6. Utilize telemarketing, in-home presentations, and sales seminars to drive sales.
  7. Develop community-based marketing initiatives and provide continuous training and coaching.
  8. Conduct educational sessions for contracted providers and their staff, ensuring effective communication of product benefits.
  9. Maintain marketing materials in provider offices, including posters and brochures.
  10. Identify potential enrollees and assess their eligibility for Medicare, Group, IFP, and On/Off Exchange products.
  11. Understand and manage Medicare Advantage data compliance and policies.
  12. Market plans at various locations such as enrollment centers, hospitals, and community events.
  13. Familiarize oneself with covered and non-covered benefits, exclusions, and exemptions.
  14. Participate in outreach efforts as needed.
  15. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing member inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  16. Handle new group submissions and maintain group business support.
  17. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Sales preferred; High School Diploma required.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Community Relations, with a preference for Managed Care experience.
  3. Demonstrated enthusiasm and a results-driven mindset.
  4. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Strong public speaking abilities for addressing both large and small groups.
  7. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  8. Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  9. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
  10. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  11. Physical capability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
  12. Current State driver's license and State Accident and Health Insurance Agent License.
  13. Bilingual in Chinese, Spanish, Tagalog, Vietnamese, or Korean is preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Maintain proper body mechanics when handling equipment.
  • Engage in standing and walking for approximately 50% of the workday.
Compliance Requirements

Adhere to CCHP Compliance Handbook, including the Code of Ethics and all applicable federal and state regulations. Responsibilities include following guidelines and reporting any suspected violations related to healthcare programs.

Compensation

The starting salary ranges from $60,000 to $78,062 per year, determined by various factors such as experience, education, and internal equity.
