Your Role: As a Senior Automation Specialist, you will engage in comprehensive project management from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Client Interaction: Communicating effectively with clients and overseeing the initiation of diverse projects.
  • Function Design Specification (FDS): Analyzing client requirements and crafting optimal solutions.
  • PLC Programming: Developing PLC programming and visualization (HMI interfaces) in accordance with the approved FDS.
  • System Integration: Ensuring seamless connection and data exchange between PLCs and parent systems in collaboration with our MOM/MES department.
  • Testing and Commissioning: Conducting on-site commissioning and start-up to validate your work and make necessary adjustments.
  • Documentation: Compiling essential documentation to meet project milestones, including FDS and operator manuals.
  • Aftercare Support: Providing ongoing support as required by the project.

You will collaborate closely with your project coordinator and team to ensure successful project delivery.

What We Are Looking For: The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, with a focus on Automation & Control Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in PLC programming.
  • A valid driving license and proximity to our office.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • A willingness to travel and explore new opportunities.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of automation technologies such as Rockwell (Studio 5000, FTview) or Siemens (Step7, TIA Portal, WinCC, PCS7) is essential. Familiarity with Schneider and network protocols is advantageous but not mandatory.
