Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse at Amelia Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Your expertise and compassion will help create a safe and supportive environment that fosters healing and recovery.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Current State License as an RN
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • LTC/SNF experience preferred
