We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Amelia Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities:- Provide supervision and guidance to staff members to ensure the highest level of care for our residents.
- Implement and maintain nursing policies and procedures to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of our residents.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for our residents.
- Monitor and report any changes in a resident's condition to the appropriate staff members.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest nursing practices and technologies.
- Valid LPN license in the State of Virginia.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing is preferred.
