Job Summary:

Reliatus is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to lead our behavioral health services team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing daily team functions, coordinating services, and communicating treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of clinical staff and peer support specialists to deliver exceptional behavioral health services.
  • Manage staffing needs and assist with recruitment to ensure a skilled and dedicated team.
  • Oversee daily team functions, coordinate services, and communicate treatment plans to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Mentor clinical staff, facilitate meetings, and provide training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and develop program improvements to maintain high-quality services.
  • Support behavioral health services using evidence-based practice and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Respond to crisis situations and deliver necessary services to our clients.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a mental health field or equivalent experience.
  • Active professional license in a relevant area.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a clinical setting, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
