About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Director, Revenue Enablement to drive revenue growth by developing and executing scalable enablement strategies across our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of a comprehensive sales enablement curriculum to address knowledge and skill gaps in Sales, Customer Success, and Partnership teams.
  • Design and implement onboarding programs for all revenue teams, incorporating metrics such as time to ramp and effectiveness.
  • Establish and maintain key performance indicators to track the success of revenue training programs, sales tools, and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to maintain a customer-facing asset repository, including presentations, competitive information, and customer success stories.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our Revenue leadership team, identifying opportunities for sales process improvements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and execute large-scale annual kick-off meetings and other enablement events.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or coaching of sales reps or managers, preferably in SaaS software.
  • Experience as a quota-carrying sales representative.
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems, Sales Methodologies, and Instructional Design.

Benefits and Compensation

This role offers a competitive salary range, with Zone A estimates at $212,000 - $291,500. In addition to base pay, benefits include equity ownership (RSUs) in Webflow, 100% employer-paid healthcare, vision, and dental insurance coverage, 12 weeks of paid parental leave, flexible PTO, access to mental wellness and professional coaching, and more.
