Position Overview:
This role is designed for a seasoned process engineer who will provide expert technical guidance to our production and technical teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching, coaching, and implementing systems that drive operational excellence and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance product and process mastery within our technical teams.
  • Mentor factory experts to elevate their processing skills.
  • Collaborate with R&D and vendors to create effective training materials.
  • Optimize existing manufacturing processes for improved efficiency.
  • Conduct process capability testing and analysis.
  • Establish and refine equipment standards and operational routines.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

  • Work alongside engineering teams to develop and launch new processes.
  • Lead pilot experiments and production trials for new equipment.
  • Document and standardize processing equipment protocols.
  • Coordinate with corporate teams to set project priorities and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with divisional standards during new project implementations.
  • Oversee site acceptance testing of critical equipment.
  • Support the commissioning and validation of new processing systems.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in food and beverage manufacturing.
  • Proven track record in continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience in safety-focused process design.
  • Project management expertise.
