Job Overview

Hubbell Power Systems is seeking a highly skilled Senior RF Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the development and design of advanced Radio Frequency (RF) products for the AMI / Smart Grid industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop RF systems and components that meet or exceed industry standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure RF solutions meet customer requirements
  • Develop and implement strategies to validate RF system performance against requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporate new concepts into products
  • Ensure compliance with governing agencies such as the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and Industry Canada (IC)
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • At least 10 years' experience in high-volume electronic products industry
  • Strong knowledge of RF design principles, software-defined radio design, and low-power RF circuit design
  • Experience with PLL, VCO, and RF amplifier design
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
