Job Summary

The Radiology Technologist is a key member of the MultiCare Off-Campus Emergency Department team, responsible for performing general radiology imaging studies that require independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general radiography imaging studies under the supervision of the Chief Technologist and Director of Imaging Services.
  • Follow policies and procedures to provide patient care activities and related non-professional services in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients and families.
  • Recognize and report patient needs to create a safe and comfortable patient care environment.
Requirements
  • Certified with the State of Washington Department of Health, Radiologic Technologist.
  • Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ARRT (R) (CT), upon hire, or within 6 months of hire into this classification.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS).
