About the Role

BryceTech is seeking a seasoned professional to join our Business Development Team as a Senior Business Development Manager for NASA Capture. This is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of government business development and capture practices, as well as a strong track record of success in winning complex, prime integration services or engineering contract awards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute government business development strategy, planning, and execution for opportunities primarily with NASA, NOAA, and FAA.
  • Bring a good understanding of traditional missions as well as emerging initiatives, including Human Space Flight, Remote Sensing, Exploration, and Science, Aeronautics, and Space Traffic Management.
  • Manage a dynamic, multi-year pipeline of opportunities in various stages of maturity, including business development, corporate positioning, customer call plans, and industry engagement.
  • Oversee customer contact and positioning, teaming interactions, and coordination, as well as experience with customer relationship management and opportunity tracking.
  • Develop and implement capture strategies, including market analysis, competitive analysis, and strategic planning, to identify, qualify, and market opportunities.
Requirements
  • Detailed understanding and relationships across NASA, and Dept of Commerce Civil Space missions, organizations, and initiatives.
  • Positive, collaborative relationships with Space Industry companies of all sizes.
  • Understanding of all business development, capture, proposal, and program management competencies and practices.
  • U.S. Citizen with a Secret clearance (not required but a plus).
Preferred Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or years of experience in lieu of a degree and 8+ or more of related experience. Master's degree a plus.
  • Technical understanding consistent with mission and customer focus.
