Aidaly is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Team Lead to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Clinical Team Lead, you will play a key role in crafting care plans, providing in-home support to our patients, and monitoring their progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessments and Care Plans: Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of our patients.
  • Work with Families: Educate and coach family caregivers, ensuring they feel supported and confident in their ability to provide quality care.
  • Leverage Proprietary Technology: Utilize our proprietary mobile and desktop apps, along with other tools, to maximize your impact, facilitate communication within the care team, and engage with families.
  • Work Cross-functionally: Collaborate with team members at Aidaly, contributing to exceptional health outcomes for our patients and advancing our mission.
  • Provider Training and Education: Provide regular 1:1 and cohort-based training virtually and in-person to ensure our care team is equipped to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements:

  • Clinical Excellence: Bring over 5 years of clinical experience in nursing and have deep empathy and compassion for the families you work with.
  • Organized: Possess strong organizational skills, are adept at developing processes, and show confidence in leading other clinicians.
  • Resilient: Thrive in navigating uncertainty and overcoming challenges, consistently showing initiative and resourcefulness in both your career and personal life.
  • Mission-driven: Be driven by a deep sense of purpose and empathy, aligning your work with a mission that matters.
  • Bilingual: Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
