Job Summary:
The Clinical Partner 2 is a valued member of the nursing team at Baptist Health South Florida, working in close collaboration with registered nurses to provide safe and quality patient-centered care. This role requires basic technical nursing skills and delegated tasks under the direction and/or supervision of a registered nurse, in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act and BHSF policy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide basic technical nursing skills and delegated tasks under the direction and/or supervision of a registered nurse.
- Work in close collaboration with the assigned RN to provide safe and quality patient-centered care.
- Assist with wound care, discontinuing a saline lock, and discontinuing a Foley catheter, among other delegated tasks.
- Participate in the assessment and evaluation of the impact of interventions on patient care, under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, Certificate of attendance, GED, or equivalent experience.
- CNA or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in an acute care facility in the state of Florida.
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of $22.13, depending on experience.
