Hire Partnership, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of clinicians, coordinators, and administrative staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of clinicians, coordinators, and administrative staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Conduct home visits for mentorship, training, and performance evaluation to ensure staff are meeting performance expectations.
- Maintain patient oversight, recertifications, and discharges to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
- Monitor staff compliance with company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and effective work environment.
- Review documentation for accuracy and completeness to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Handle Medicare referrals, insurance checks, and prior authorizations to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Assign referrals and coordinate initial visits to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Ensure compliance with CoP/Regulations and interpretive guidelines to ensure a safe and effective work environment.
- Collaborate with the QI Director for quality services to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Review and complete OASIS documentation to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Provide leadership and support to staff to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Delegate and enforce duties to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Manage payroll and employee appraisals to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Conduct orientation, training, and respond to staff inquiries to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with HR for recruitment and disciplinary matters to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Ensure equipment availability and functionality to ensure a safe and effective work environment.
- Provide on-call coverage and liaise with hospitals to ensure timely and effective patient care.
- Attend interdisciplinary team meetings and perform other duties as assigned to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Licensed Clinician in Massachusetts (RN, LPN, Dr.)
- Experience working in a home health setting required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in OASIS.
- Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare home health care regulations.
- Previous relevant experience.
