Descripción del Trabajo:

Acerca del Rol:

El rol de Especialista en Recursos Humanos en la ubicación de Ogden brinda apoyo a aproximadamente 700 empleados temporales, administrativos y por hora, impulsando y apoyando iniciativas clave para mejorar el rendimiento y la satisfacción de los empleados en toda la planta. Agregarás valor a este rol al realizar diversas funciones que incluyen, pero no se limitan a:
  • Desarrollar y ejecutar programas de capacitación para miembros del equipo de gestión y empleados por hora que impulsen un rendimiento y resultados mejorados.
  • Asistir en el reclutamiento de empleados por hora y administrativos.
  • Desarrollar sistemas de gestión y mejora del rendimiento.
  • Orientación y desarrollo de nuevos empleados.
  • Gestionar un sistema de recompensas para empleados.
  • Trabajar con el Gerente de Recursos Humanos en cuestiones de relaciones laborales para la instalación.
  • Asistir en el diseño y gestión de programas y políticas que apoyen el funcionamiento ordenado de las instalaciones: reglas de trabajo, sistema de oferta de empleo a nivel de planta, solicitudes de adaptación, trabajo de luz y programas de asistencia.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las regulaciones gubernamentales que incluyen FMLA, ADA, FLSA, AAP y otras regulaciones que impactan el funcionamiento de las instalaciones.
  • Coordinar actividades de empleados que fomenten relaciones laborales positivas.
  • Otras tareas según se asignen.
Detalles Importantes:
Soporta aproximadamente empleados en la planta. Este es un rol a tiempo completo en el sitio que apoya las necesidades de recursos humanos de la planta predominantemente en el primer turno, con flexibilidad de horario entre todos los turnos ocasionalmente requerida.

Calificaciones/Educación/Experiencia/Habilidades

  • Educación: Título universitario en Recursos Humanos o campo relacionado con los negocios.
  • Mínimo de 3-5 años de experiencia como Generalista de Recursos Humanos en un entorno de fabricación preferido.
  • Hablar español es una ventaja, pero no es obligatorio.
  • Fuerte conocimiento y experiencia en Sistemas de Información de Recursos Humanos como Workday.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación a todos los niveles de gestión.
  • Capacidades de liderazgo sólidas y capacidad demostrada para establecer prioridades efectivas.
