Work Schedule

Guest Services Coordinator FT - Tuesday to Saturday, 3pm to 11pm.

Guest Services Coordinator FT - Thursday to Saturday, 7am to 3pm, Sunday to Monday, 3pm to 11pm.

Key Responsibilities

The Guest Services Coordinator will play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience by delivering exceptional customer service and assisting in the training of front desk personnel to uphold hospitality standards. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Welcoming guests and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay.
  • Facilitating the check-in and check-out processes, including room assignments and key distribution.
  • Addressing guest inquiries and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
  • Preparing billing statements and processing payments efficiently.
  • Resolving any billing discrepancies that may arise.
  • Maintaining accurate hotel records and assisting with group sales inquiries.
  • Cross-training with the Night Audit Manager to provide coverage as needed.
  • Supporting the Front Office Manager and assisting with reservations and sales as required.
  • Participating in LSU Alumni Association events and activities.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
