Branch Sales Manager

Carrier Enterprise is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Sales Manager to join our team. As a Branch Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and driving business growth at our Port St Lucie, FL location.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily store operations and achieve established sales and profitability goals
- Implement and maintain the highest level of customer service in the industry
- Recruit, hire, train, enrich, and discipline direct reports within the framework of company policy
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure all company assets are protected from theft or damage
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associates Degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience managing in B2B environment in distribution or wholesale sales preferred
- Excellent relationship building skills; must be a team builder as well as team player with a focus on sales
