About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting unified communications and collaboration solutions within our organization. Key Responsibilities- Design and deploy effective collaboration solutions using Microsoft Teams
- Lead the migration of Zoom phones to MS Teams phones
- Configure and maintain video conferencing systems across locations globally
- Provide expert-level technical support to resolve complex issues for unified communications and collaboration platforms
- Provide engineering support for network maintenance and strategies impacting real-time communications
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with standards and security practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that deliver value to the business
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in collaboration solutions to recommend strategic improvements
- Document and maintain collaboration policies, procedures, and best practices
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical discipline with proven experience
- Minimum 5 years prior job-related experience
- Proven experience managing and monitoring Teams Phone, meetings, and certified devices using tools like Microsoft Teams admin center and PowerShell
- Prior experience with Zoom phones to MS Teams phones preferred
- Any MS Certifications or training with MS Teams such as MS-700, MS-720, MS-721, MS-740 and others preferred. Any Cisco Voice certifications such as CCNP Voice, CCNP Collaboration, or CCIE Voice are strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in deploying and managing audio/visual equipment
- Strong understanding of networks, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and QoS
- Experience with Oracle Session Border Controllers and setting up gateways & gatekeepers strongly preferred
We will provide you with the necessary tools and support to succeed in this role. You will be working in a hybrid mode, with a minimum of three days in the office per week. We will also provide:
- Assigned workspace in our GA office
- Company-issued equipment
- Monthly home Internet stipend
