  • Conduct comprehensive market analyses, perform due diligence, and assess borrower documentation.
  • Model property cash flows and compile loan submission packages.
  • Evaluate transaction strengths and weaknesses while identifying alternative financing options.
  • Complete necessary application forms and cultivate relationships for streamlined loan processing.
  • Maintain current knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA underwriting standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Real Estate.
  • 1-5 years of experience in financial analysis within the commercial or multi-family real estate sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, proactive mindset, and a genuine interest in Commercial Real Estate.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with affordable housing transactions and/or familiarity with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or HUD lending.
  • Advanced degree is advantageous.
