Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement: Develop and maintain submittal and procurement documentation, confirm fixture quantities, and verify vendor Bills of Materials (BOMs).
  • Budget Management: Oversee project financials and work-in-progress, identify cost implications, and collaborate with the Estimating Department.
  • Productivity Tracking: Monitor and maintain productivity records, identify production challenges, and formulate project completion strategies.
  • Safety Compliance: Implement site-specific safety regulations and protocols.
  • Scheduling: Analyze contract timelines, assist in workforce planning, and ensure proactive scheduling.
  • Quality Assurance: Partner with field leadership, develop installation layouts, and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordination.
  • Document Management: Organize electronic filing systems, ensure information is systematically arranged, and coordinate submittals efficiently.
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate closely with managers and analysts, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain strong relationships with contractors.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial electrical sector.

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Preferred project management certifications such as PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or similar.
  • Valid Driver's License required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Comprehensive experience in the commercial electrical field with a solid understanding of electrical systems and installations.
  • Familiarity with Procore, NetSuite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office 365 is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
