Electrical Leadman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Leadman to join our team at Kasper Electrical. As a Commercial Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of electricians on commercial and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of electricians on commercial and residential projects
• Layout, schedule, and organize materials to ensure efficient project execution
• Collaborate with Lead Electricians and Foremen to ensure project success
• Develop and implement project plans and schedules
• Monitor and control project costs and resources

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in the electrical field
• 1+ year of experience as a leader in the field
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
