Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Key Holder at JOANN Stores. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and leading the store team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Greet every customer with a smile, use the F.A.S.T. service model to meet their needs, and engage in friendly conversation to build strong relationships.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Process transactions efficiently, maintain a high level of product knowledge, and suggest services to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensure store compliance, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Team Leadership: Work closely with Store Management to lead the team, observe and coach team members, and delegate tasks to ensure seamless store operations.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience in a customer-centric environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
