The employee will be tasked with the comprehensive cleaning of the manufacturing facility, including waste disposal, recycling efforts, and the safe management of spills.

Support activities related to compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stripping paint booths.
  • Handling and disposing of hazardous materials generated during the manufacturing process.
  • Implementing recycling initiatives.
  • Operating a forklift safely.
  • Complying with all safety protocols.
  • Reporting any safety or quality concerns to the Team Leader.
  • Adhering to 5S principles (Sort, Set, Sweep, Standardize, Sustain).
  • Providing suggestions for continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Executing tasks relevant to your designated work team.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
  • Assisting fellow team members as necessary.
  • Demonstrating the ability to read, write, and utilize a computer effectively.
  • Using tools correctly within the assigned work team.
  • Minimizing waste in the work environment.
  • Participating in team meetings.

Qualifications

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Submission of a resume is mandatory.

Must be capable of standing and walking for extended periods.

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs is essential.

One year of relevant experience is preferred.

Additional Information
