About the Role

Harder Mechanical Contractors is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our corporate office and parking lot.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office and parking lot
  • Perform daily maintenance and cleaning tasks, including interior and exterior cleaning, window cleaning, and kitchen maintenance
  • Restock supplies and amenities as needed
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors as required
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of custodian experience
  • Previous experience in an office or professional environment preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50lbs)
  • Access to reliable transportation
