About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing high-quality, equitable healthcare to patients of all ages.
  • This is a 100% outpatient setting with a Monday-Friday schedule, offering a great work-life balance.
  • Call is approximately 1:8 telephone only, allowing for a manageable workload.
  • Our team-based care model includes a medical team of eight, consisting of physicians, NPs, and PAs, working together to provide comprehensive care.
  • We offer integrated care with Dental, Behavioral Health, and Psychiatry services, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.
  • Paid malpractice with 100% tail insurance covered through the Federal Torts Claims Act (FTCA) provides peace of mind for our clinicians.
  • We offer a competitive benefits package, including $2,500 CME ($2,800 with DEA) and 40 hours per year for full-time positions, as well as 7 paid holidays.
