Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue room keys while maintaining the highest standards of safety and confidentiality.

  • Maintain a secure bank and accurately report daily transactions in compliance with cash handling procedures.
  • Assist guests with inquiries about hotel amenities and services in a friendly and informative manner.
  • Drive revenue through effective upselling of rooms and promoting other hotel services.
  • Foster strong relationships with other departments to enhance guest experience.
  • Handle reservations for guests at the front desk or via phone during off-hours.
  • Deliver consistently professional and engaging service to all guests.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Availability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Prior experience in front office operations within a luxury environment is preferred.
  • Proficient in Front Office Systems, including Micros-Fidelio and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated guest service orientation, with a focus on empathy and creative problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
  • Willingness to collaborate as part of a diverse team.
  • Comfortable working in a pet-friendly environment.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
  • Proof of valid work authorization in the U.S. is required.
