Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at The Omni William Penn Hotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, ensuring a positive first impression of our hotel
  • Efficiently check guests in and out, handling all necessary paperwork and documentation
  • Offer personalized recommendations and information on hotel services and amenities, exceeding guest expectations
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest service and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements
  • Previous hotel experience preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
