Clinical Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Services Manager to lead our Cardiovascular Surgery Clinic team at Swedish Health Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing management and patient care systems to ensure high-quality operations and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and services
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve clinical operations, patient satisfaction, and quality outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of clinical and administrative processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, clinical policies, and procedures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or business
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare management, physician practice management, and/or clinical operations
- Proven track record of leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting
