Job Summary

ColumbiaCare Services is seeking an experienced Outpatient Clinical Manager to lead our Outpatient Services team in Medford, Oregon. As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide clinical supervision to our QMHP and QMHA staff, ensuring they receive training and regular performance evaluations. You will also manage clinic activities, coordinate with referring partners, and apply meaningful metrics to measure program progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision to QMHP and QMHA staff, promoting staff development and resilience
  • Manage clinic activities, including coordination with referring partners and delegation of work assignments
  • Apply and capture meaningful metrics to measure program progress and report outcomes on a regular basis
  • Perform certain mental health functions, such as consultation and individual and group therapy
Requirements
  • Eligibility for QMHP registration, requiring a Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field and two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting
  • A License by the State of Oregon to practice independently in your field (Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)
  • Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
