Clinical Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Services Manager to lead our Cardiovascular Surgery Clinic team at Swedish Health Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care services in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement management and patient care systems to optimize clinic operations
- Lead staff to ensure patient care services are provided in a timely and sensitive manner
- Ensure compliance with established clinical policies and procedures
- Participate in SMG-wide special projects and committees as requested
- Bachelor's Degree in Health-related field or business or 6 years equivalent work experience
- 2 years experience in healthcare management, physician practice management and/or clinical operations
- Demonstrated progression into increasingly responsible leadership/management roles
- Previous multi-specialty clinic management experience
