Job Title: Bank Equipment Technician

We are seeking a skilled Bank Equipment Technician to join our team at Cennox. As a Bank Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing automated teller machines and other banking equipment in the Anchorage, AK area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and detail exterior of ATMs and kiosks, including electrical inspections and minor refurbishments
  • Remove nonstandard signage and other materials from ATMs and surrounding areas
  • Clean stainless-steel surfaces inside bank vaults
  • Wipe down bollards as instructed
  • Ensure 10-ft radius surrounding machines is clear of trash before exiting work site
  • Complete project work, including alarm surveys, ADA compliance inspections, software updates, site surveys, lighting measurements, and other inspections
  • Sanitize high-contact surfaces
  • Regularly inspect and dry-wipe ATMs and drive-up banking equipment, including ATM surrounds and night depositories
  • Take photographs of required devices, forms, and areas
  • Organize and manage paperwork and inventory
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Smartphone familiarity and tech-savviness with strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and eagerness to learn new skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Strong work ethic to work independently and reliably meet deadlines with minimum supervision
  • Great communication/customer service skills and ability to interpret/execute written instructions
  • Valid driver's license with a driving record in good standing and a reliable/insured vehicle
